Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 February 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using WPOrder ("the Service"), operated via wporder.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

WPOrder provides an AI-powered ordering platform that enables takeaway restaurants to receive and manage customer orders via WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat. The Service includes an admin dashboard for order management, menu configuration, and customer communications.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a restaurant account.
  • One account per restaurant location unless on an Enterprise plan.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

As a restaurant using WPOrder, you agree to:

  • Keep your menu information accurate and up to date.
  • Fulfil orders received through the platform in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain valid business registration and any required food business licences.
  • Handle customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to converse with end customers and process orders. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Restaurants are responsible for reviewing orders before preparation. WPOrder is not liable for losses arising from AI misinterpretation of customer requests.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Free trial periods do not require payment. You will be notified before any charges begin.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as a data processor on behalf of restaurants (data controllers) for end-customer order data.

9. Intellectual Property

The WPOrder platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by WPOrder. You retain ownership of your menu content, business information, and customer relationships.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPOrder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Third-party service outages (WhatsApp, Telegram) are outside our control.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
